RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns & Refunds
At Timber M8 Pty Ltd (ACN 695 545 389), we are committed to providing quality products and fair outcomes in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure; and

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
Change of Mind Returns
For stock items, we may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

The items are unused and in original condition

They have not been exposed to weather or site conditions

Proof of purchase is provided
As our timber is stored undercover, products exposed to weather or site conditions cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to:

A reasonable restocking fee

Applicable delivery or collection charges
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or nominated account once the goods have been inspected and approved.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are damaged, faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees, please notify us within a reasonable time after delivery.
Where a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
Where the failure is not major, we may elect to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time.
Custom & Processed Products
Custom-made, special-order, cut-to-size or processed products cannot be returned for change of mind. However, your ACL rights still apply if the goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
